NORDDEUTSCHER REGATTA VEREIN is one of the leading yacht clubs in Germany. It does not only enjoy an excellent athletic reputation in the world of sailing, but it also sets the trend in social function.

With its history of over 140 years, its traditions that have evolved over time, and the unbroken continuity to this day in organizing major regattas in many sailing arenas, the NRV has shaped the yachting scene in Germany. Of course, NRV members themselves are also regularly competing in many regattas at home and abroad.

This is the reason why as a matter of course the NRV cultivates close and friendly relations with many famous Yacht Clubs all over the world. These reciprocal arrangements offer our travelling members a home away from home and enable them to enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the clubhouse premises of our local partner clubs.
